Frequently asked questions
Does a roller banner come with a stand?
Yes. Our standard pull-up roller banners are supplied as a printed graphic fitted to a stand. Replacement graphics for a stand you already have can be quoted.
PVC or mesh — which outdoor banner do I need?
440gsm PVC is a standard waterproof outdoor banner. Mesh lets wind pass through, so it is better for fences, scaffolding and exposed sites.
Can I order a custom banner size?
Yes. Choose a custom size and we will quote it individually by email.
Is the price on the form final?
No. Where we hold a saved price you'll see an indicative estimate. It is not a binding quotation. We confirm the final all-in price and delivery by email, and nothing is ordered or paid until you accept that quote.
How do I send my artwork?
You can upload your files with your request (PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS or AI, up to 50 MB per file), or choose to send artwork later. We check your files before anything is printed, and artwork is only shared with the trade printer once you accept your quote.
Ready to price your banners & displays?
Choose your options and send your request. We reply by email with a confirmed quote.
