Frequently asked questions
Which leaflet size should I choose?
A5 (148 x 210 mm) is the most popular flyer size. A6 suits handouts and vouchers, DL (99 x 210 mm) fits a standard envelope or rack, and A4 gives room for detailed information.
Do you print folded leaflets?
Yes. Choose a fold under Finishing and extras. The size you pick is the flat sheet before folding — for example, an A4 sheet with a half fold finishes at A5, and an A4 roll or Z fold finishes at DL.
What paper weight is best for flyers?
150gsm or 170gsm silk is a typical flyer. 250gsm and 350gsm silk feel more like a postcard and are good for menus or premium mailers.
Is the price on the form final?
No. Where we hold a saved price you'll see an indicative estimate. It is not a binding quotation. We confirm the final all-in price and delivery by email, and nothing is ordered or paid until you accept that quote.
How do I send my artwork?
You can upload your files with your request (PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS or AI, up to 50 MB per file), or choose to send artwork later. We check your files before anything is printed, and artwork is only shared with the trade printer once you accept your quote.
