PrintScout Direct arranges printing for schools, PTAs and parents' associations throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, through established UK trade suppliers. We're an online service and don't run local print shops, so it doesn't matter where your school is.

Delivery availability, the final cost and timing are confirmed in your quotation before you accept anything. Some areas, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man, are quoted individually.

School printing questions

What artwork can we send?

You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS or AI files (up to 10 files, 50 MB each) with your enquiry, or choose to send artwork later. We check your files before anything is printed. Print-ready PDFs give the best results.

Is the price on the website our final price?

Where we hold a saved price, the form shows an indicative printing estimate. It isn't a binding quotation. We email a confirmed price, including delivery, and nothing is ordered until you accept it. No payment is taken for an enquiry.

Can you deliver to schools anywhere in the UK?

We arrange printing for schools and PTAs throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland through UK trade suppliers. Delivery availability, final cost and timing are confirmed in your quotation before you accept. Some areas, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isle of Man, are quoted individually.

How far ahead should we order for an event?

Production and delivery times depend on the product, quantity and when your artwork is ready, so allow time before your event. We confirm the expected timing in your quotation before you accept.

Can a PTA or parents' association order?

Yes. Schools, PTAs, parents' associations and other school groups can all request a quote. Use the contact details you'd like the quotation sent to.

Do we need to create an account?

No. Choose your printing, add your details and send your enquiry. We reply by email.
